Genius Digital uses return path data, as well as CRM information, subscriber history and other account information to create a viewer-centric churn model. We can also input viewing data into your existing models.

Instead of starting churn diagnositcs from a function perspective (such as marketing, price or competition), we take a holistic view of the customer to more accurately define:

  • Which subscribers are most likely to churn.
  • How those subscribers could be stopped from churning.
  • How to stop those subscribers from being “at risk” of churn in the first place.

We then work with operators to help to best understand what – if anything – they should offer to try and keep that customer
